Title XXXVI STATUTORY ACTIONS AND TORTS
Chapter 535535.100. Change of judge and venue same as under chapter 517. — The rights to a change of venue and disqualification of a judge in proceedings under this chapter shall be the same and shall be exercised in the same manner as in proceedings under chapter 517.
