Title XXXVI STATUTORY ACTIONS AND TORTS
Chapter 527527.240. Proceedings to conform to the rules in civil practice. — All proceedings had under sections 527.190 to 527.250, inclusive, shall conform, when not otherwise expressly provided, as near as may be to the rules and practice in civil cases.
