Title XXXVI STATUTORY ACTIONS AND TORTS
Chapter 527527.050. Enumeration not exclusive. — The enumeration in sections 527.020 to 527.040, does not limit or restrict the exercise of the general powers conferred in section 527.010, in any proceeding where declaratory relief is sought, in which a judgment or decree will terminate the controversy or remove an uncertainty.
