Title XXXIII EVIDENCE AND LEGAL ADVERTISEMENTS
Chapter 492492.470. Publication of notice to nonresidents. — The publication of such notice in some newspaper printed in this state, at least three weeks consecutively, the last insertion to be twenty days before the day of taking the depositions, shall be sufficient notice to all persons residing without the state.
