Title XXXII COURTS
Chapter 484484.220. Citation and charges, how served. — The copy of the charges and citation may be served upon the accused by any officer authorized by law to serve writs issued by such court and in any county of this state, and if the accused be not found in this state then reasonable notice shall be given him by publication in such manner as the court may direct, unless served as provided in section 484.210, supra.
