Title XXXI TRUSTS AND ESTATES OF DECEDENTS AND PERSONS UNDER DISABILITY
Chapter 475475.084. Visitation, parent may petition for, when. — If a guardian has been appointed for a minor under the provisions of subdivision (2) of subsection 4 of section 475.030, then a parent of the minor may petition the court for periods of visitation. The court may order visitation if visitation is in the best interest of the child.
