Title XXXI TRUSTS AND ESTATES OF DECEDENTS AND PERSONS UNDER DISABILITY
Chapter 469469.900. Citation of law — definitions. — Sections 469.900 to 469.913 shall be known, and may be cited, as the "Missouri Prudent Investor Act". As used in this act, the term "trustee" includes independent personal representatives and trustees, whether of express or implied trusts, and the term "trust" includes independently administered estates.
