Title XXX DOMESTIC RELATIONS
Chapter 455455.007. Mootness doctrine, public interest exception to apply upon expiration of the order. — Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, the public interest exception to the mootness doctrine shall apply to an appeal of a full order of protection which has expired.
