Title XXX DOMESTIC RELATIONS
Chapter 454454.402. Equipment purchased by county for support enforcement to be property of county. — The provisions of law, rule or regulation notwithstanding, any equipment purchased by a county of this state for child support enforcement purposes shall be the property of the county and not the state.
