Title XXX DOMESTIC RELATIONS
Chapter 454454.1029. No suspension of licenses while obligor honors the support agreement. — For obligors that have been making regular child support payments in accordance with an agreement entered into with the family support division, the license shall not be suspended while the obligor honors such agreement.
