Title XXVIII CONTRACTS AND CONTRACTUAL RELATIONS
Chapter 432432.295. Severability clause. — If any provision of sections 432.200 to 432.295 or its application to any person or circumstance is held invalid, the invalidity does not affect other provisions or applications of sections 432.200 to 432.295 which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this end the provisions of sections 432.200 to 432.295 are severable.
