Title XXVI TRADE AND COMMERCE
Chapter 407407.1385. Processing of applications for credit — effect of security freeze. — It shall not be considered a violation of any law that requires an application for credit to be processed within a specified time frame if a creditor is unable to meet this time frame because of inability to access a credit report due to a security freeze.
