Title XXVI TRADE AND COMMERCE
Chapter 404404.470. Custodian designation by donor on present transfer, who may serve. — A donor making a present transfer of property to a beneficiary may designate and transfer the property to any adult person or financial institution, including the donor, as personal custodian for the beneficiary under sections 404.400 to 404.650.
