Title XXVI TRADE AND COMMERCE
Chapter 402402.146. Uniformity of law to be considered in application of law. — In applying and construing sections 402.130 to 402.148, consideration shall be given to the need to promote uniformity of the law with respect to its subject matter among states that enact it.
