Title XXV INCORPORATION AND REGULATION OF CERTAIN UTILITIES AND CARRIERS
Chapter 393393.500. Gas in underground storage personal property. — Whenever gas belonging to any person or corporation is injected into underground storage, it shall, unless and until it be abandoned by the owner thereof, be and remain personal property and the property of the owner thereof, and shall not be subject to production, taking, reduction to possession, waste or interference by the owner of the surface of the land under which the gas storage company has obtained the right to store gas, or by any person whomsoever except the owner thereof and persons acting by his authority; provided nothing herein contained shall apply to a person under whose land gas may be stored without the gas storage company having obtained the right to store gas.
