Title XXIX OWNERSHIP AND CONVEYANCE OF PROPERTY
Chapter 447447.540. Charitable, fraternal and other federally tax-exempt entities to report and remit unclaimed property. — Entities which are exempt from federal taxation pursuant to Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code shall report and remit as required by this chapter.
