Title XXIX OWNERSHIP AND CONVEYANCE OF PROPERTY
Chapter 446446.100. Evidence of notice. — Satisfactory evidence of such notice shall be required by the judge before he proceeds to take such depositions, which shall appear in his certificate annexed to the depositions.
