Title XXIX OWNERSHIP AND CONVEYANCE OF PROPERTY
Chapter 446446.040. Destroyed corners, how established. — When the corner or corners of any survey shall have been destroyed or obliterated by time or accident, the owner of such survey, or of any other lands, the title of which may be affected by the loss of any such corner, or if the corner is a corner of the United States Public Land Survey, the state land surveyor may call on a judge of the circuit court, other than a municipal judge, of the county in which the land shall be situate, for the purpose of establishing such corners by testimony.
