Title XXIX OWNERSHIP AND CONVEYANCE OF PROPERTY
Chapter 443443.807. Director, power to request injunction, when. — The director may, through the attorney general, request the circuit court in the appropriate jurisdiction to issue an injunction to restrain any person from violating, or continuing to violate, any provision of sections 443.701 to 443.893.
