Title XXIX OWNERSHIP AND CONVEYANCE OF PROPERTY
Chapter 442442.180. Certificate to be endorsed on conveyance. — Every court or officer taking the proof or acknowledgment of any conveyance or instrument of writing affecting real estate, or the relinquishment of the dower of a married woman, shall grant a certificate thereof, and cause the same to be endorsed on such conveyance or instrument of writing.
