Title XXIX OWNERSHIP AND CONVEYANCE OF PROPERTY
Chapter 441441.870. Immunity from civil liability in certain eviction proceedings, granted when. — Any person or organization that institutes or participates in an action brought pursuant to sections 441.710 to 441.880 shall be immune from civil liability for actions performed in good faith and in the furtherance of the cause of action.
