Title XXIX OWNERSHIP AND CONVEYANCE OF PROPERTY
Chapter 441441.610. Waiver of provisions of sections 441.500 to 441.640 void. — Any provision of a lease or other agreement whereby any provision of sections 441.500 to 441.643 for the benefit of an occupant of a dwelling unit or units is waived or denied shall be deemed against public policy and shall be void.
