Title XXIV BUSINESS AND FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS
Chapter 383383.165. Additional first year charge to policyholders. — Each policyholder shall pay to the association in the first policy year, in addition to the premium payment due for insurance through the association, an amount equal to said premium payment. Such charge shall be separately stated in the policy.
