Title XXIV BUSINESS AND FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS
Chapter 383383.108. Publication of comparison of base rates. — The director shall, utilizing the information provided under section 383.106, publish comparisons of the base rates charged by each insurer actively writing medical malpractice insurance.
