Title XXIV BUSINESS AND FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS
Chapter 382382.140. Consolidated registration statements or amendments, when. — The director may require or allow two or more affiliated insurers subject to registration under the provisions of sections 382.010 to 382.300 to file a consolidated registration statement or consolidated reports amending their consolidated registration statement or their individual registration statements.
