Title XXIV BUSINESS AND FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS
Chapter 379379.359. Commissions paid to brokers or agents not affected. — Nothing in section 379.017 and sections 379.316 to 379.361 abridges or restricts the freedom of contract of insurers, agents or brokers with reference to the amount of commission to be paid to agents or brokers by insurers, and such payments are expressly authorized.
