Title XXIV BUSINESS AND FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS
Chapter 379379.123. Violation deemed unfair trade practice. — Violation of section 379.122 shall be unfair trade practice as defined by sections 375.930 to 375.948 and shall be subject to all of the provisions and penalties provided by such sections.
