Chapter 376376.676. Regulation of the valuation of life insurance policies — may adopt NAIC model regulation. — The department of insurance, financial institutions and professional registration shall promulgate regulations governing the valuation of life insurance policies. The department of insurance, financial institutions and professional registration may adopt the "Valuation of Life Insurance Policies Model Regulation" adopted by the National Association of Insurance Commissioners.
