Title XXIV BUSINESS AND FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS
Chapter 376376.1040. Plan not to be offered to general public — marketing restrictions. — No multiple employer self-insured health plan shall be offered or advertised to the public generally. No plan shall be sold, solicited, or marketed by persons or entities defined in section 375.012 or sections 376.1075 to 376.1095.
