Title XXIV BUSINESS AND FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS
Chapter 375375.922. Rules and regulations not authorized. — The director of the department of insurance, financial institutions and professional registration shall have no power to promulgate rules or regulations to implement sections 375.920 to 375.923.
