Title XXIV BUSINESS AND FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS
Chapter 375375.298. Loan against policy by policyholder, insurer to give notice of interest due. — If a policyholder has taken a loan against an insurance policy, the insurer of such policy shall annually notify the policyholder of any interest due on the loan.
