Title XXIV BUSINESS AND FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS
Chapter 375375.196. Adoption of same or misleadingly similar name prohibited. — No insurance company formed under the laws of this state shall adopt the name of any existing company transacting insurance business in this state nor any name so similar thereto as to be calculated to mislead the public.
