Title XXIV BUSINESS AND FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS
Chapter 375375.186. Seal and bylaws. — The corporators or directors of any insurance company organized under the laws of this state shall have power to adopt a seal, and to make such bylaws, not inconsistent with the constitution and laws of this state, as they may deem necessary for the regulation and management of its affairs.
