Title XXIV BUSINESS AND FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS
Chapter 375375.1575. Denial of claim, disclosure by applicant not required. — No insurer or its agent or representative shall require any applicant or policyholder to divulge if any insurer has denied any claim of that applicant or policyholder.
