Title XXIV BUSINESS AND FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS
Chapter 375375.052. Additional incidental fees — disclosure to applicant or insured. — An insurer or insurance producer may charge additional incidental fees for premium installments, late payments, policy reinstatements, or other similar services specifically provided for by law or regulation. Such fees shall be disclosed to the applicant or insured in writing.
