Title XXIV BUSINESS AND FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS
Chapter 370370.090. Operation without having filed certificate of approval prohibited. — No credit union shall operate in this state until it has filed with the secretary of state a copy of the certificate of approval issued to it by the director of the division of credit unions.
