Title XXIV BUSINESS AND FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS
Chapter 370370.072. Safe deposit boxes, to have same rights, powers and duties as bank and trust companies. — All credit unions regulated by this chapter shall have the same rights, powers and duties relating to safe deposit boxes as provided to banks and trust companies in chapter 362.
