Title XXIV BUSINESS AND FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS
Chapter 370370.050. Change of business location — notice — approval required. — If a credit union changes its place of business within a county, it shall notify the director promptly of the change of address. A credit union may change its place of business from one county to another within this state only with written consent of the director.
