Title XXIV BUSINESS AND FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS
Chapter 361361.560. Judgments recovered after director takes possession shall not be liens. — A lien shall not attach to any of the property or assets of such corporation by reason of the entry of any judgment recovered against such corporation after the director has taken possession of its property and business and so long as such possession continues.
