Title XXIV BUSINESS AND FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS
Chapter 361361.400. Director's assistant may be appointed as special deputy. — The director in the manner prescribed in section 361.390 may appoint a deputy director or examiner as such special deputy to assist in the liquidation of any corporation in his possession.
