Title XXIII CORPORATIONS, ASSOCIATIONS AND PARTNERSHIPS
Chapter 360360.117. Funding for grants less than amount of grants distributable, first priority construction or renovation projects. — If the amount of funding available for grants under sections 360.111 to 360.118 is less than the total amount of grants distributable under sections 360.111 to 360.118 for qualifying issues, first priority for funding of grants shall be given to qualifying issues for financing of construction or renovation projects.
