Title XXIII CORPORATIONS, ASSOCIATIONS AND PARTNERSHIPS
Chapter 359359.161. Filing to be notice. — The fact that a certificate of limited partnership is on file in the office of the secretary of state is notice that the partnership is a limited partnership and the persons designated therein as general partners are general partners, and is notice of the matters included therein that are specified in subsection 1 of section 359.091 or that are included therein pursuant to any other section of this chapter.
