Title XXIII CORPORATIONS, ASSOCIATIONS AND PARTNERSHIPS
Chapter 357357.150. Use of funds. — None of the funds of any association organized under the provisions of this chapter shall be used in the payment of any expenses for promotion of any such organization, such, for instance, as commissions, salaries or expenses of any kind, character, or nature whatsoever.
