Title XXIII CORPORATIONS, ASSOCIATIONS AND PARTNERSHIPS
Chapter 354354.725. Exclusion, labor organization's health plans. — The provisions of sections 354.700 to 354.725 shall not apply to any labor organization's health plan existing on September 28, 1987, providing services on its premises established and maintained primarily for its members and their dependents.
