Title XXIII CORPORATIONS, ASSOCIATIONS AND PARTNERSHIPS
Chapter 351351.150. Failure to comply not excused for lack of notice. — No corporation shall be excused for its failure to comply with the provisions of this chapter by reason of failure to receive the notice in section 351.145 required to be given by the secretary of state.
