Title XXIII CORPORATIONS, ASSOCIATIONS AND PARTNERSHIPS
Chapter 347347.017. Single member companies, compliance with this chapter. — No limited liability company formed before the effective date of this act*, shall be deemed not in compliance with this chapter for the reason that such limited liability company was formed with, had or has only one member.
