Title XVIII LABOR AND INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS
Chapter 288288.382. Uncollectible benefit overpayments, how determined. — The division may, for good cause, determine as uncollectible and purge from its records any benefit overpayment as mentioned in subsections 11 and 12 of section 288.380 which remains unpaid after the expiration of five years after the date of the determination which established such overpayment.
