Title XVIII LABOR AND INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS
Chapter 287287.060. Employers and employees affected by this act. — Every employer and every employee, except as in this chapter otherwise provided, shall be subject to the provisions of this chapter and respectively to furnish and accept compensation as herein provided.
