Title XLI CODES AND STANDARDS
Chapter 700700.060. Units covered by sections 700.060 to 700.115. — As used in sections 700.060 to 700.115, the term "manufactured home" shall also include units defined in section 700.010 if such units are in two or more separately towable components designed to be joined into one integral unit capable of being again separated into the components for repeated towing and includes two manufactured home units joined into a single residential or business unit which are kept on separate chassis for repeated towing. For the purposes of sections 700.060 to 700.115, a "manufactured home" shall not include a recreational vehicle or a recreational park trailer.
