Title XIX MOTOR VEHICLES, WATERCRAFT AND AVIATION
Chapter 305305.220. Authority to appropriate money. — The local authorities of a city, including cities under special charter, village, town or county to which sections 305.170 to 305.220 are applicable having power to appropriate money therein may annually appropriate a sum sufficient to carry out the provisions of sections 305.170 to 305.220.
